This is a beautiful vintage coach Fletcher bag style 4150 in British tan the story patch is faded but 100% guaranteed authentic it’s faded due to the suppleness of the leather. It does have an original hang tag, There is some minor wear as pictured other than that a stunning bag feel free to reach out with any further questions. :)
